So. It’s taken me a while, but I finally have my very own blog. I’m not quite sure what was holding me back, given that my interest (read obsession) with food has now taken over pretty much every other part of my life – it takes up most of my time and money outside work, and, as of July, my time in work too.
I’m not much of a writer (having very clearly branded myself a scientist from an early age) but I have a lot of experience* and a little bit of knowledge to share, so hopefully that will make up for the lack of elegant prose. Enjoy!
